ricevermicelli is back in the hospital again. Things might not actually be wrong, but we're not really sure what the odds are, or how exactly they're changing over time. Even if they are wrong, this isn't life threatening or anything, just really annoying.

She can't get to LJ just now. She has a feed (crankypantsteam) that sends stuff to lj, but if you want her to see the responses I think that you have to go to Team Cranky Pants and reply there.

I'm really not keeping it together as well as I'd like. On the way home from the hospital to pick things up for her, I started sobbing on 93S. Luckily in the five or six minutes it took to clear my eyes, absolutely nothing had moved an inch...

The kids are being champs. mzhotspur continues her fight against nutrition in all it's forms, and schr0dinger taught me a new game involving stairs and a beach ball. He giggled while I trimmed his hair. They both got kisses.

I think that "keeping it together" in times like this is ... well, it's kind of a high bar. I'm so sad for all of you that you have to go through this. If ever there's anything I can do to help, please don't hesitate to ask. I assume you're up to your ears in lasagna and casseroles, but if not, I make pretty good lasagna. I'm also always up for running some errands, dropping by to do a bit of housework, or the like. I know we're kind of distant, socially, so it might feel a little weird to presume, but I would genuinely be happy to help in any way I can.

Thank you for the update; I appreciate it. I wish I was close enough to you to be able to offer more than my heartfelt sympathy. I can remember how hard it was for Kim to keep things together when I had my scary knee issue years ago; from the sound of it, I think you're holding up awfully well.
